Global CEO Sairah Ashman spoke on the 'An Eye To the Future' Marketing Panel at global tech conference Collision Conf, alongside Josh Richards, Jonathan Yaffe and J.D. Durkin, to explore how various factors, such as the possibility of smart AI, social media fatigue and a recession, could impact the marketing world in the years to come.

Speaking on creating authentic connections between the brand and the consumer, Sairah highlights the importance of transparency for long-lasting brands.

“What’s interesting about brands is how they evolve and bring their audience with them in a way that feels authentic and trusted.

"This can be difficult when you might, in ten years time, be quite a different brand and be presenting quite a different version of yourself to the world. So, how does a brand make that journey translate, and how do you bring that trust all the way through for the consumer?

"Well, this journey makes transparency more important than ever, especially since authenticity is the proxy for building the trust the consumer requires.”
